The Industrial Hotel Unit #1

Unit 1 at The Industrial is a 320 sqft lodging unit with industrial and rustic design elements. This studio unit features a king bed, bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with breakfast bar and a living room. The sliding glass doors open up to the trickling sounds of Coal Creek with rolling hill views. The kitchenette has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave to meet your basic needs. The living room and bedroom has USB charging ports in the outlets for your devices.

There are several reclaimed design elements from our store, Salvage, Antiques Vintage, Etc. located at 208 W Main Street in Florence. Barnwood accent walls and trim, roof tin on the ceiling are all locally salvaged in Fremont County. The kitchenette and bathroom wall tiles are hand made here in Florence from recycled #5 polypropylene plastic collected from Southern Colorado. The accent metal on the base cabinets are from the container window and door cutouts. Lockers from the Canon City Middle school are used for storage in the bedroom and bathroom. We are located in an industrial area in Florence across from Langston Concrete and a 5 minute walk from Downtown Florence and the Florence Brewery.
