The Industrial Hotel Unit #4

Unit 4 at The Industrial is a 196 sqft second story lodging unit with industrial and rustic design elements. This studio unit features 2 decks, a full bed, a bathroom with custom tiled shower, a kitchenette, and an office nook with built in USB chargers. Pikes Peak can be seen from both decks as well as deer and other wildlife walking below along Coal Creek. The kitchenette has a Keurig coffee maker, fridge and microwave to meet your basic needs.

This is the unit that started it all. It was originally built using SIP (structural insulated panels) construction where the panels can be put inside the container, shipped to a location and your house can be built above your storage and mechanicals inside the container. This modular construction method proved the original concept that won the peoples choice award at the 2019 FEDC Pitch Competition.

We are located in an industrial area in Florence across from Langston Concrete and a 5-minute walk from Downtown Florence and the Florence Brewery. Don’t let the fact that we are in an industrial area scare you, decibel meter readings from our area proved that Main Street is 3 times as loud as the industrial part of town.
